Performance Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a highly analytical and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our digital marketing team. In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid marketing campaigns across various digital platforms to drive customer acquisition, improve conversion rates, and maximize return on investment (ROI).

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be at the forefront of data-driven decision-making. Your primary responsibility will be to build and manage full-funnel campaigns—from awareness to conversion—using channels like Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, and other emerging platforms. You will design A/B tests, analyze user behavior, and continuously refine targeting strategies, creatives, and messaging to improve performance metrics such as cost per lead (CPL), return on ad spend (ROAS), and lifetime value (LTV).

This position requires a strong understanding of attribution models, customer journeys, and media planning. You’ll collaborate closely with creative teams to produce high-performing ad content and landing pages, and with analytics specialists to uncover insights that inform strategy. Your role will also include regular reporting to stakeholders and translating performance data into actionable recommendations.
